Projects in Saint Joseph, MN

Saint Joseph is where Valerie and Rick live and work, and where our first clients trusted us to transform their homes.

This is home. Saint Joseph is where Simply Enhanced Homes started, where our neighbors are our clients, and where our work speaks for itself without a sales pitch. We're a few minutes from the College of Saint Benedict and the Sartell/St. Cloud line, and a lot of our earliest word-of-mouth came from right here in town. The featured project below, a kitchen and living room refresh, was completed right here in Saint Joseph.

“Valerie was a joy to work with when needing a kitchen and living room refresh. She took the time to get to know us, which really showed through in her suggestions for designs, colors, and decorating. Valerie coordinated the timing of the contractors smoothly, and we valued her suggestions on the contractors to use. She was extremely flexible and available to meet with when needed. Working with Valerie made the experience of doing a remodel so much more manageable and pleasant!”
