Even on a single-trade project, we start with the same question we ask on a full remodel: what does this space need to actually work, and what materials will hold up? Valerie helps with product and material selection (texture, flooring type, tile pattern, trim profile) so the finished result fits the rest of your home instead of looking like an afterthought. Rick, as a licensed Minnesota General Contractor (BC807593), manages the work and, on larger jobs, the trade specialists needed to get it done: electricians, plumbers, or tile setters, depending on scope. One team, one point of contact, whether the project is a single room or a whole house.

Do you install trim and do finish carpentry?
Yes. Trim and finish carpentry are part of nearly every renovation we are a part of. It is also a standalone service that Rick can provide. Changing out interior doors, replacing baseboards, casing windows, installing closet systems and hanging just about anything are all tasks Rick will take on.
