Freeport is a small Stearns County town surrounded by Minnesota lake country — and home to one of our most meaningful projects. Beth came to Valerie with a vision for her family's lake home: a place built around comfort, connection, and the kind of simplicity that feels intentional rather than plain. The project began in fall 2021 and delivered exactly that — lake homes have their own design language of natural textures, casual comfort, and materials that hold up to real use, and getting that balance right takes someone who listens before they design.
