Railing style, decking material, and fence style are chosen to work together rather than as separate decisions made on-site.
From there, Rick manages the build as your licensed Minnesota General Contractor (BC807593): footings sized for Minnesota's frost depth, framing that will hold up through freeze-thaw cycles, and permitting where required. When a project needs electrical for deck lighting or a gas line for a built-in grill, Rick coordinates with the trade specialists who handle that work so it's run before the decking goes down — not retrofitted afterward.
