Rice is a small community northeast of St. Cloud in Benton County — and the location of one of our most comprehensive remodel projects. Mark and Kim came to us wanting a better-functioning main floor. What they got was a complete transformation of how their home looked, felt, and worked for their family — the result of starting with the right questions and understanding how a family actually lives before suggesting how their home should look.
