A full house remodel in Sartell, built around a painted custom kitchen and a basement wet bar.
We're based in Saint Joseph, about 15 minutes from Sartell. Our Sartell project house was a full remodel, and the kitchen and the basement bar were the heart of it. Because it was our own project house, we made every design and construction call ourselves. Valerie designed it. Rick built it, managing the trade specialists on the job.
A full house remodel in Sartell. The kitchen got painted custom cabinetry, a square island, a drop zone, and a tile backsplash with subtle shade variation. Downstairs, the old basement bar became a wet bar with wine storage and a beverage fridge.
Newer Sartell homes often come with builder-grade finishes that need a designer's eye to feel personal. Established homes are often ready for a kitchen or bathroom that fits how the family lives now. Either way, planning the design and the construction together from the start avoids the handoff problems that come from hiring each separately.
